Christina Development Corporation, a California Corporation, is a Malibu, California based real estate investment, development, and property management company, founded in 1977 by Lawrence N. Taylor. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, operation, syndication and management of multi-family residential, office buildings and street level retail in the exclusive West Los Angeles submarkets of Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Century City, Malibu, Santa Monica, West Hollywood and Westwood. The Company has successfully completed transactions representing in excess of $1.2 billion dollars.

The Company has concentrated on opportunities in West Los Angeles, an area that has historically outperformed the broader local and national markets. The Company believes that real estate is all about a location, its specific fundamentals and, importantly, the execution of a sound business plan. Through its extensive network, the Company seeks out underperforming properties that, through proactive management, re-leasing, and/or re-positioning, development, or re-development, will perform better and provide positive operating cash flow and significant sale profits.

The Company has an outstanding investment track record. Since 1977, The Company has acquired, syndicated, leased, enhanced, developed, financed, and sold over $1.2 billion dollars in real estate assets, having generated an annual rate of return on invested capital in excess of 23.78%, and an average of 3.28X multiple of capital invested. These returns have been achieved by disciplined adherence to sound fundamental real estate investment principles. The Company’s historical average cash to acquisition cost is approximately 35%, with an average investment holding period of under 4 years. The Company has never failed to turn a profit on any of its projects.*
