Our Strategy

We buy only top-notch real estate properties to own and operate in 7 prime sub-markets of West Los Angeles, those investments where we can see potential to return investor capital as quickly as possible. We generate tax sheltered returns and maximize profits through active management, and sell when the opportunity is right.
