Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Capital Raising / Investor Relations to lead capital raising efforts for our real estate investment platform. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining investor contacts and relationships. Additionally, this position will assist in the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for current and future offerings.

The position offers exceptional earnings potential, and the incentive compensation component of this position’s remuneration will be significantly linked to achieving certain milestones. The position is based in Malibu, California and travel may be required.


  • – Meet or exceed Christina’s capital raising goals.
  • – Network opportunistically and raise brand awareness and recognition in the investment community.
  • – Articulate Christina’s investment strategy and value proposition.
  • – Manage relationships and expand database of prospective accredited investors, family offices, business managers and financial advisors.
  • – Periodic reporting on capital commitments with detailed notes, feedback and action items.
  • – Travel to meetings, events and conferences when necessary.
  • – Manage relationships, communication and expectations of existing investors.
  • – Development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for current and future offerings.
