On August 12, 2014, Christina 1 acquired, and extensively renovated, Chateau Park located at 8491-8499 Fountain Avenue in West Hollywood, California. Chateau is a certified Historical Landmark designed by William R. Hauptman in 1931. It has been the home of many celebrities and consists of 18 elegantly spacious apartment residences, including three two-story townhouses. The property features secured subterranean parking, landscaped courtyard, and fountains.

On August 12, 2014, Christina 1 acquired, and extensively renovated, Empire View Homes, 14 elegantly spacious apartment residences, located at 1216-1224 North La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood, California.  Empire is a certified Historical Landmark designed by William R. Hauptman in 1928. It is one of the few Asian themed architectural examples in Los Angeles County.

On November 9, 2015, Christina 1 acquired a 14-unit apartment building on land pre-approved for re-development located at 1246 North Harper Avenue, in West Hollywood, California. On June 22, 2017, the City of West Hollywood approved a revised development plan for 17 residential units while preserving a 45-foot height (currently downzoned to 35-foot height maximum) as designed by renowned architect Zoltan Pali, FAIA.

Christina 2 has engaged a world-class architecture and design team led by Zoltan Pali, FAIA and Peyton Hall, FAIA, to reimagine the existing building as an iconic, high street retail space.

On June 1, 2017, Christina 2 acquired a 19-unit multifamily project located in the heart of prime West Hollywood right off the famed Sunset Strip at 1216 North Crescent Heights Boulevard. The courtyard style multi-story building is situated on a large land parcel with secured subterranean parking. The project was extensively renovated in 2016. The landscaping, common areas and apartment interiors were re-designed by noted Los Angeles architect, Ramsey Daham, AIA. There is significant high end re-development activity occurring in the area, including 34 luxury condominiums directly adjacent to Crescent Hills Lofts.
